Tell Me The Truth – Part 3

Summary

Part 3 of 4 in a series on the truth and reliability of The Word of God. The fourth is PROPHECY. The Bible is full of prophecy, and the Old Testament prophecies spoke largely about the coming Messiah. The fulfillment of these prophecies through the birth, ministry, and death of Jesus proves that the Bible is more than just a history book, mythology, or conspiracy. The fifth and final is UNITY. The Bible was written over a period of 1500 years, by 40 different authors, in 3 different languages, on 3 different continents, and somehow they all paint on a cohesive picture. There is no way to consider this anything other than supernatural! When we rearrange these 5 letters, we come up with the acronym PAUSE. Pause and think about why the Bible is reliable - prophecy, archeology, unity, scrolls, and eyewitnesses.
