Kaitlyn joined the Never The Same team in the spring of 2025 after graduating from Grove City College. As the Ministry Engagement Manager, Kaitlyn oversees and contributes to many of Never The Same’s initiatives. She is also the Central Admin for NTS Camp, serving as the communication liaison between churches and our sites, as well as managing Camp logistics.

Josh is the Director of Programming and Design for Never the Same. He and his wife Rachel are both pastors who are passionate about helping students create a meaningful relationship with Jesus Christ. Josh plays a large role in designing and creating the stage elements, managing the production team, and coordinating the sessions for NTS Camp.

Aubrie Kimbrough is the Media and Mobilization Manager for Never the Same. She believes in the power of prayer to change the environment of campuses and has a heart to see students living boldly for the Lord and being a light in their school. Aubrie led a prayer group on her campus and led enlightened events when she was in school, and now is excited to pour into student leaders who want to see their campus transformed for God’s glory.

Kyle Williamson is the Director of Student Leadership Development for Never the Same. He has a passion to see students discover God’s call on their lives and is dedicated to help them walk in that calling. Before his role at Never the Same, Kyle served as a Youth Pastor for five years in the Kansas City area.

Kyle and his wife, Olivia, live in Kansas City and love the ability to do Youth Ministry together.

Jayson has been a part of the Never The Same team for 8 years.  He and his wife Katie have four kids: Jayse (9), Nolan (6), Dawson (4), and Selah (21 mo).  Jayson is the creative program director for the indoor environments of NTS Camp.  He is also the producer, editor, and host of the Thought Factory Podcast.  He is like a butter knife, has a couple of specific roles, but also finds himself sitting at the table for every ministry of Never The Same.

Olivia Williamson began working for Never the Same in 2019 as the Director of Mobilization for Claim Your Campus 2020. She now serves as the Director of Campus Ministries (Claim Your Campus and Enlightened Students). She founded Enlightened Students in 2014 and continues to equip student leaders to lead worship events for their schools across the country. Olivia is an engaging speaker, musician, passionate worship leader, and writer. With a heart for schools, the Church, and developing young leaders, she desires to see leaders rise up and take their place in the Kingdom.

Kyle Williamson is the Director of Student Leadership Development for Never the Same. He has a passion to see students discover God’s call on their lives and is dedicated to help them walk in that calling. Before his role at Never the Same, Kyle served as a Youth Pastor for five years in the Kansas City area.

Together they live in Kansas City and are expecting their first baby in 2025.

Becca was born in Wisconsin and graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a bachelor’s in Youth Ministry and Christian Ministries.  She’s always been involved in Youth Ministry to some capacity as a vocation or as a volunteer leader.  Before she started working with Never The Same, she was living out in California, working as a manager at a thriving Home and Kitchen Store and getting out into the mountains any free chance she had. 

She moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan, in 2022 to be a part of the Never The Same Team as the Director of Soul Exercises.  Becca traveled with NTS Camp while she was in college and has loved being back doing ministry alongside the team.  

Kyle has been a part of the Never The Same team for 10 years.  He and his wife Ashley have 3 kids: Ezra, Micah, and Hannah.  As the Director of Operations and Communication, Kyle is like a Swiss Army knife to the organization, managing the communication flow, office technology, our warehouse, and several staff members.  He’s also directed all of the outdoor activities for NTS Camp since 2007!
