Ministry Engagement Manager

Full-Time  ||  Salary  ||  In-Person

The Ministry Engagement Manager is a salaried position overseeing initiatives for both students and adult leaders through the ministries of Never The Same. Approximately 50% of the responsibility is administration for NTS Camp, and 50% of the role is various responsibilities related to other ministry initiatives within the organization.

This Ministry Engagement Manager must thrive on solving other people’s problems. Never The Same staff is encouraged to be involved in local church youth ministry to stay in touch with the current temperature of this generation.

There are five main responsibilities and the approximate percentage of emphasis:

1. Administration for NTS Camp (50%)
2. Direct Slip N Slide fundraising event (15%)
3. CYC Regional Coordinator (15%)
4. Local/National Networking for Never The Same (15%)
5. Assist in other projects for Never The Same (5%)
